Typesetting today, in 2026, is not the same as the time I started my free monthly e-magazine when I was in class X. I used some free application, and some office tools that used to come pre-installed, and with that, my magazine got its look. But today, as I take up some task to typeset a book, an academic one, I really see that all these tools, if they were available (and I knew about them), my magazine might have looked better. However, I find it’s better to learn things whenever you can and apply them in your daily life. So today I decided to take up this task and share all the knowledge that I have to tell you how you can do your job most easily.
I live in Kolkata, and in this blog, I shall refer to offline places for those works, as designing is only half a thing (in most cases), and you have to get your designs printed as per your requirement. So, if you are ready to work hard and learn something new, you are more than welcome to follow the small tips and tricks I give you throughout my blog.
